After dinner at Outback in Jamsil, our family went over to Lotte World Mall for dessert and ended up at Hermoso Beauty Cafe on the 6th floor. We sat down with three drinks and a plate of cake for the table: a tall slice of rainbow layer cake, a chocolate cake slice with a strawberry on top, and two choux. The cakes were the best part: sweeter than I expected, and very good. This post covers where the cafe is, what we ordered, what the menu looks like and how to find it inside the mall.
A note on this post: an earlier version on this page was written as a review of Royce’, the Japanese chocolate brand, because of a mix-up with a sign in one of my photos. That was wrong. The photos were always from Hermoso Beauty Cafe, and this is the corrected post.
Finding Hermoso Beauty Cafe in Lotte World Mall
Hermoso Beauty Cafe (에르모소뷰티카페) is on the 6th floor of Lotte World Mall, the mall at the base of Lotte World Tower, at 300 Olympic-ro. Lotte World Mall is a different building from Lotte Department Store Jamsil, where the Outback we ate at is, although the area around Jamsil Station connects them. Searching 에르모소뷰티카페 롯데월드몰점 in Naver Map or Kakao Map takes you to the right floor.
The cake case and the room
The cake case at the front had strawberry cream cakes, a rainbow layer cake and other slices on two shelves, each with a small label. The counter behind it had two screens with the drink and dessert menu.
Inside, one wall is covered in patterned wallpaper with a pink neon sign that reads “#Like a Celeb”, with flowers in the corner. DiningCode lists the cafe with a terrace and describes it as a beauty cafe.
What we ordered
For the four of us we ordered three drinks and one plate of desserts to share. Two of the drinks were an iced Americano and an iced vanilla latte; I don’t remember the third. They came in pink-and-white Hermoso cups. On the plate were a slice of rainbow cake with six colored layers and cream frosting, a chocolate cake slice topped with a strawberry and a sprig of rosemary, and two round choux coated in chocolate.
I don’t have the receipt, so I can’t list what we paid.
How the cakes were
The cakes were very good. They looked pretty on the plate, especially the rainbow slice with its six colored layers. Of the two cakes, the rainbow cake was the one we liked best. The four of us shared one plate of two cake slices and the choux after dinner.

These are the menu items and prices on DiningCode when I checked on September 23, 2026, translated with the Korean names so you can find them on the menu screens. Apart from the iced Americano and vanilla latte, they are not what we had.

The only vanilla latte on the current list is the cream vanilla latte, which the menu describes as a vanilla-bean base with sweet vanilla cream on top. I didn’t note the exact name when we ordered ours.

The three “signature” ades with the duck, the bear and the color-changing apple are the ones I’d look at if you are there with kids; I didn’t order them, so I can’t tell you how they taste.

The listing notes that whole cakes should be reserved one or two days ahead and that they don’t write lettering on cakes. The rainbow cake and chocolate cake we had were in the case on the day but aren’t in the DiningCode menu list, so I can’t give their prices.
Is it worth a stop?
If you are already in Jamsil for Lotte World, the tower or dinner nearby, it is an easy dessert stop inside the mall. For us the cakes made it worth it. If you don’t like very sweet desserts, share a slice rather than ordering one each, and pair it with an iced Americano like we did.
