The thing our kids talked about at this Outback was not the food. It was the view. The restaurant sits inside Lotte Department Store Jamsil, and through the glass you can see into Lotte World, the indoor theme park next door. We didn’t get one of the window tables, which was a shame. From our table we couldn’t really see the park, so our son and daughter went over to the windows to look, and they loved it. This is our family’s visit in March 2026, with what we ordered from the Korean Outback menu, the current prices, and where exactly the restaurant is, including which floor.
Which Outback is this, and what floor?
There is more than one Outback around Jamsil, and the names get mixed up with Lotte World Mall. This one is the Jamsil Lotte branch (잠실롯데점), on the 2nd floor of Lotte Department Store Jamsil at 240 Olympic-ro, according to DiningCode. It is not inside Lotte World Mall (the newer mall next to Lotte World Tower), although all of these buildings are connected around Jamsil Station.
The branch opened on March 11, 2025. According to a Foodbank report on the opening, it has 34 tables with 148 seats, window seats facing Lotte World in two-, four- and six-person sizes, a private room for 14 and an open kitchen.
The Lotte World view, even without a window seat
The window tables are the ones right against the glass. We were seated further in, so we didn’t have the view at our table, and I’d have liked one of those seats. Standing up, though, you could see Lotte World: the big glass roof and the lights of the park. Our kids went over toward the windows to look, and they were really happy to see it. If the view matters to you, ask for a window seat when you arrive or check whether you can book one.
What we ordered
For the four of us we ordered one appetizer platter, two pastas and one steak. The names below are the names on Outback Korea’s menu. The prices were checked on Outback Korea’s official Appetizers, Pasta & Rice and Steaks & Ribs menu pages on September 23, 2026. I don’t have our receipt from March, so our bill may have been slightly different.

The meal started with Outback’s dark bread on a wooden board with a small cup of butter.
Gimme Five
Gimme Five is Outback’s appetizer platter with five of its starters on one long plate: coconut shrimp, crispy wings, riblets, Aussie cheese fries and chicken fingers, according to the menu. On ours you can see the wings and chicken pieces at one end, the cheese fries with bacon in the middle, and the riblets in sauce at the other end, with two small cups of dipping sauce.
Two pastas
Spicy Seafood Aglio e Olio. An oil-based spaghetti with shrimp and other seafood, topped with a crumble and a whole dried chili. The official menu describes it as seafood stir-fried in olive oil with Outback’s “magic crumble”.
Pork Ribs & Meat Pasta. A bolognese-style spaghetti with shredded cheese, topped with riblets in barbecue sauce. On the menu it is described as bolognese pasta finished with Rangeland riblets and barbecue sauce.
Garlic Ribeye with fried rice
The steak was the Garlic Ribeye, a 280 g ribeye topped with roasted garlic and garlic chips. It came with fried rice on the same plate.

Four dishes for four people filled the table.
What our family actually thought
From Gimme Five, the coconut shrimp disappeared first, and the dipping sauces on that platter were good. The Garlic Ribeye came out medium. The Spicy Seafood Aglio e Olio was too spicy for our kids, so that one was for the adults.
The biggest letdown was the seat. The reason to choose this branch is the Lotte World view, and we weren’t at a window table. That, more than anything on the plates, is why I rated the visit 4.0 rather than higher.

Toowoomba is Outback Korea’s cream pasta with shrimp and mushrooms, and the menu calls it its signature pasta. We had the other two pastas instead.

Outback Korea also has lunch sets. On the official lunch set page, a lunch steak comes with two sides chosen from Aussie chips, baked sweet potato, baked potato and fried rice. The menu notes that some branches may differ from the website.
After dinner
After Outback we went over to Lotte World Mall, the separate mall next to Lotte World Tower, and up to the 6th floor for cake and drinks at Hermoso Beauty Cafe. I’ve written that stop up in its own post. The two places are in different buildings, so if you are meeting someone, check which one they mean: “Lotte World Mall” and “Lotte Department Store Jamsil” are easy to mix up, and I mixed them up myself in an earlier version of this post.
